Eric Boss has dedicated his legal career to helping people navigate some of the most difficult moments of their lives. Born in Houston, Texas, Eric began his career gaining valuable courtroom and trial experience with the Texas Attorney General’s Office, Consumer Protection Division. Early in his career, he also represented insurance companies at a large national law firm, giving him firsthand insight into how insurers evaluate, defend, and litigate claims.

Rather than continue defending large corporations and insurance carriers, Eric chose to focus his practice on representing injured individuals and families. That decision has shaped his approach ever since. Today, he uses his knowledge of the insurance industry and extensive litigation experience to advocate for people who have suffered serious injuries and need a strong voice on their side.

Eric is admitted to practice in Arizona and Texas state courts, as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Texas. His practice focuses on personal injury litigation, including auto and truck accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, pharmaceutical litigation, toxic torts, and consumer protection matters.
